Every engagement follows the same disciplined process. Each phase has a written commitment — a specific promise we make and stand behind. No hand-waving. No “it depends.”
Phase 01
Diagnose
We will tell you not to hire us if projected year-one ROI is under 3x.
We start with your operation, not our product. We audit your call flow, quoting process, dispatch workflow, and revenue leaks. We talk to your CSRs, your dispatchers, your techs.

Phase 02
Architect
The roadmap document is yours regardless of whether we proceed together.
We design the system architecture, select modules from our library, identify custom work required, and set measurable targets for each deployment. You get a detailed roadmap with timelines, costs, and expected outcomes.

Phase 03
Deploy
Kill-switch on every deployment. Production-grade only — no demoware.
We build and ship into your live operation. Every automation has a kill-switch — if something breaks, you turn it off instantly. We integrate with your existing stack (ServiceTitan, McLeod, Jobber, whatever you run) and test in production with real traffic.

Phase 04
Measure
If a workflow underperforms its projection by 20%+, we redesign on our dime.
We track every deployed workflow against the projections we set in Phase 2. No vanity metrics — we measure what hits your P&L: lead capture rate, quote turnaround, dispatch efficiency, cost per acquisition.

Phase 05
Scale
Flat monthly fee with SLAs. We bill predictably or not at all.
What worked gets expanded. What underperformed gets rebuilt (on our dime, per Phase 4 commitment). We add the next module, open the next vertical, compound the operational gains. Ongoing support is a flat monthly fee — no surprise invoices, no hourly billing games.
