General
General Questions
- TechExports.ai is an AI implementation firm serving service and operations businesses — contractors, field services, logistics — running $5M to $50M in revenue. We deploy voice agents, quote automation, dispatcher copilots, and review systems integrated with your existing tools.
- We specialize in service and operations businesses: HVAC, plumbing, electrical, roofing, pest control, cleaning, landscaping, logistics, 3PL, and freight. If you have inbound leads, field operations, and dispatch — we're built for you.
- Our consulting team operates globally with clients in the US, Austria, Germany, Australia, New Zealand, and France. Our development headquarters is in India. All engagements are remote-first with on-site availability where needed.
- We're implementers, not advisors. We don't sell software licenses or generic chatbots. We build custom AI systems integrated with your specific scheduling software, CRM, and workflows — then measure ROI against a baseline. If it doesn't move revenue, we haven't done our job.
- No. We handle all technical implementation. You provide access to your systems and domain expertise about your business. We handle the build, integration, deployment, and ongoing optimization.
Services
Services Questions
- Five core offerings: AI Voice Agents (24/7 call handling), Quote Automation (instant quoting), Dispatcher Copilot (route optimization), Review Reactivation (review management + rebooking), and Fractional CAIO (AI strategy + implementation oversight).
- Yes. Most clients start with a single module — typically a voice agent — and expand after seeing results. Each service is independently valuable, so you can start small and grow as it proves out.
- No. Our voice agents use the latest conversational AI — natural cadence, appropriate pauses, and personality. Callers regularly don't realize they're speaking to AI. We select voice profiles that match your brand tone.
- English (US, Australian, NZ accents), German (including Austrian dialect), French, and Spanish. We're expanding language support based on client demand.
- Yes. Our core modules cover 80% of needs, but we customize everything — call flows, pricing logic, integration points, escalation rules — to your specific operation. No two deployments are identical.
Process
Process Questions
- Voice agents: 3-4 weeks. Quote automation: 4 weeks. Dispatcher copilot: 6-8 weeks. Review reactivation: 3 weeks. Fractional CAIO: 90-day engagement. These are typical timelines — complex integrations may add 1-2 weeks.
- Discovery (week 1) → Build & Integration (weeks 2-3) → Testing in shadow mode (week 3-4) → Go live with monitoring → Optimization from live data. You have visibility at every step through weekly calls and shared dashboards.
- Access to your scheduling software and CRM, current call scripts or handling procedures, pricing documentation, and 2-3 hours of your operations team's time for discovery. We handle everything else.
- Yes. All deployments include 30 days of post-launch support. After that, we offer a monthly optimization retainer for ongoing monitoring, tuning, and expansion — scoped to your operation.
- We measure ROI against an agreed baseline. If a system isn't delivering measurable value within 60 days of go-live, we work at no additional cost until it does. We've never had a client fail to see ROI.
Pricing
Pricing Questions
- Pricing depends on which modules you deploy, the integrations involved, and how much is custom to your operation. Most clients start with a single module and expand once it proves out. You'll get a clear, itemized quote on your discovery call — no surprises later.
- The initial engagement covers build and deployment. Ongoing costs are limited to AI usage (passed through at cost) and an optional monthly optimization retainer. No hidden fees — we lay it all out before you commit.
- 3-5x within the first year is typical. A voice agent that captures even a handful of previously-lost jobs each month usually pays for itself within the first quarter. We establish baseline metrics before deployment so ROI is measurable, not theoretical.
- Standard terms are 50% at kickoff and 50% at go-live. For larger engagements, we can structure milestone-based payment schedules. We accept wire transfer, ACH, and credit card.
- Chatbot companies sell generic software. We build custom AI systems integrated with your specific tools, trained on your business, and measured against revenue outcomes. What you're paying for is implementation depth and results — not a software license.
Technical
Technical Questions
- ServiceTitan, Jobber, Housecall Pro, FieldEdge, Workiz, Service Fusion, McLeod, Samsara, Project44, FourKites, HubSpot, Salesforce, Twilio, and most platforms with API access. Custom integrations available for legacy systems.
- Yes. All data is encrypted in transit and at rest. We follow SOC 2 practices, use enterprise-grade cloud infrastructure, and sign NDAs before accessing any system. Call recordings are stored encrypted with configurable retention periods.
- Yes. For European clients (Austria, Germany, France), we ensure full GDPR/DSGVO/RGPD compliance including data residency options, right to erasure, and processing agreements.
- Our systems run on redundant cloud infrastructure with 99.9% uptime SLA. If a voice agent is unavailable, calls automatically route to your team as fallback. You're never worse off than before deployment.
- Almost certainly. If your tools have an API, we can integrate. If they don't, we explore workarounds (webhooks, Zapier, RPA). In rare cases where no integration path exists, we'll tell you upfront before you invest.
